CertainTeed has started up production at its newest North American production site and first STONEfaçade plant—a state-of-the-art facility in Quakertown, Pa., that increases its capacity of the product by ten-fold.
STONEfaçade is an innovative stone veneer system, made with concrete, that can be quickly and easily installed by any siding contractor without any special equipment or masonry skills.
“We’re excited to bring our new STONEfaçade products to more customers around the country, and we’re proud to add another American factory to our manufacturing portfolio,” said Joe Bondi, VP and general manager of CertainTeed Sidings Product Group. “Our STONEfaçade products allow siding contractors to offer more solutions to their clients, while ultimately saving installation time and costs without compromising on aesthetics. Our new plant in Quakertown will help our customers capitalize on this innovative product and ride the wave of increased demand for stone siding products.”
