Innovative Chemical Products has acquired Gardner-Gibson, Tampa, Fl., manufacturer of liquid-applied roof coatings, driveway sealers, and specialty paints.

With manufacturing and distribution facilities across the U.S. and Canada, Gardner-Gibson’s products are sold by retailers and building supply distributors under the Gardner, Black Jack, APOC and Dyco brands.
