Front Range Lumber Co., Lakewood, CO., recently celebrated the first anniversary of its second lumberyard in Fort Lupton, CO.
The new locations was needed, according to Front Range, “to add more space to our ever-growing mix of building materials. Items like LVL’s, I-joists, trusses and other similar products were not around or common in 1965 when our current Lakewood location was built. These items along with our need to offer a larger variety of products we sell demand more room.”
A lengthy search led to Fort Lupton, which offers “an excellent marketplace, has great access, provides much more room to accommodate our product mix, and allows for continued growth.” The yard was originally slated to open last spring.
