ECMD, Inc., North Wilkesboro, N.C., has acquired Falls City Lumber Co., Louisville, Ky., and Cincinnati, Oh.
Established in 1985, Falls City Lumber is a full-service specialty wholesale distributor of boards, pattern stock, fiber cement, and PVC products servicing retail lumberyards in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virgina.
