Henry to Acquire Fortifiber

Henry Co., El Segundo, has agreed to acquire Fortifiber LLC, Fernley, Nv., the 78-year-old manufacturer of weather-resistive moisture management systems, including house wrap, building paper, and flashing tapes.

Henry Co., El Segundo, has agreed to acquire Fortifiber LLC, Fernley, Nv., the 78-year-old manufacturer of weather-resistive moisture management systems, including house wrap, building paper, and flashing tapes.

Fortifiber brands include Ply Dry and WeatherSmart house wrap, Super Jumbo Tex 60 Minute building paper, and FortiFlash, Moistop, and Moistop E-Z Seal flashing products.
