Interfor Corp. has finalized the sale of its sawmill and 80-acre site in Philomath, OR., to Timberlab Holdings, Portland, OR.
Interfor closed the facility in February and sold the property and assets for $15 million on June 27.
A division of Swinerton, Timberlab operates mass timber manufacturing facilities in Drain and Swisshome, OR., and mass timber fabrication facilities in Portland and Piedmont, S.C.
