Kodiak Building Partners, Littleton, Co., has purchased Direct Lumber & Door, Denver, Co., from Tom Kostelecky and Russ Brown.
Brown, who founded the business in 2000, is retiring. Kostelecky will stay on as president of Direct and as part of Kodiak’s leadership team.
Direct currently operates lumberyards in Denver and Fort Collins, a truss plant in Denver, window and millwork facility in Denver, and is close to adding a panel plant.
