Kodiak Building Partners, Englewood, Co., has acquired San Antonio Masonry & Steel, a premier provider of masonry, stone, stucco and steel products in south Texas. The deal closed on Aug. 13.
This is Kodiak’s first construction supply business acquisition since the addition of Barnsco in Austin, Tx., to its portfolio. The decision to expand in this area of construction supply is driven by strong growth projections for the Texas construction sector and the opportunity to tap into a dynamic market.
