Titan BP, manufacturer of the Deck Foot Anchor for floating decks, pergolas and gazebos, has launched the new Ledger Deck Foot Anchor, a helical solution for ledger-attached decks with an adjustable post saddle.
The frost footing supports up to 5,000 lbs. in clay, and installs with a 1/2” drive impact wrench in most soils. Its new Compression Load Fin allows for sideways post saddle adjustment so all footings can be easily aligned under a single beam, even if installed imperfectly. No digging, concrete or heavy machinery required.
It’s available in 36” and 48” lengths and comes with 24” extensions. It’s lightweight, easy to handle and gives builders another affordable option for frost footing applications.
