Four Seasons Building Products Group, Holbrook, N.Y., purchased Alumawood and Equinox Louvered Roof from OmniMax International, Peachtree Corners, Ga.
Alumawood manufactures aluminum patio covers, while Equinox offers motorized shade structures.
OmniMax retains its other divisions, including drainage products producers Amerimax and Berger Building Products, roofing manufactuer FLAMCO, and recently acquired flashing maker Verde Industries.
The team behind the Alumawood brand and Equinox Louvered Roof System bring significant expertise to the Four Seasons family. Shaun Kennedy, CEO of parent Latium USA and chairman of Four Seasons Building Products Group said, “We are tremendously excited about adding these business units to our portfolio, we will continue to run them as independent centers of operational excellence.”
The successful acquisition, completed on March 8, integrates further outdoor living expertise into Four Seasons Building Products Group, creating a powerhouse of solutions for both residential and commercial customers.
