PalletOne, Inc., Bartow, Fl., has acquired 28-year-old pallet manufacturer North East Texas Pallet, Clarksville, Tx. Former owner Lance Downs will remain with the company in management.
Founded in 1989, North East Texas Pallet primarily served customers in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Kansas. Producing over 100 truckloads weekly, the Clarksville facility manufactures standard, block and export pallets.
Formed in 2001 from predecessor companies, PalletOne is reportedly the nation’s largest manufacturer of new pallets, with 17 locations in nine states, including pallet factories and, under the Sunbelt Forest Products name, four wood treatment plants.
