Cascade Building Supply is opening next month in Cascade, Id., to serve professional builders and contractors.
The company is backed by fastener wholesaler Kowallis & Richards, which “saw a gap in the local market. So we filled it. No more long drives just to find the right fasteners, tools, or materials. No more settling for a retail store that’s not built for the trade.”
The business is led by Jeff Sayer, a longtime business leader, entrepreneur, and former Idaho Secretary of Commerce. With a background in construction, finance, and economic development, Jeff brings vision and experience to the table.
He will be assisted by Salvatore DiChiara, “operations manager and hands-on expert who makes sure everything on the ground runs smoothly. Together, they’re building a company that puts pros first.”
Products include contractor-grade tools, fasteners, concrete anchors, blade, bits and local products such as handcrafted cabinetry and specialty wood products from Mountain Woodworks and other regional vendors.
