RailFX, a leading provider of premium railing solutions, has launched a limited retail release for its DIY cable railing kits in 17 Home Depot stores across the San Diego area. This initiative aims to gauge consumer interest in DIY cable railing solutions at retail, targeting both contractors and do-it-yourself enthusiasts.

At the heart of the release is the RailFX Express Mount Bracket system, designed to streamline the cable railing installation process. For DIY consumers, this bracket simplifies the task of planning, measuring and installing cable railing. It makes it possible to complete a cable railing project and transform a view in one weekend.

The release will feature 13 SKUs, including the popular RailFX Classic Cable Kits, innovative RailFX Express Mount Bracket™ system, and essential installation tools and accessories. The product offering was selected to meet the needs of both professional contractors and DIY consumers, offering a comprehensive solution for cable railing projects.

For contractors, the RailFX Express Mount Bracket system significantly reduces the lengthy installation time commonly associated with cable railing, allowing them to take on more jobs and increase efficiency.

The retail offering also includes an interactive project planner tool, designed to help homeowners and contractors plan their projects. The tool makes it easy to lay out the railing system and provides a comprehensive shopping list, so homeowners and contractors can spend less time shopping and finish their projects faster.

If the limited release proves successful, RailFX plans to expand the availability of these products to Home Depot stores nationwide.
