Sunshine Ace Hardware has struck a deal to open a 20,190-sq. ft. store in North Naples, Fl.
The new location, set to open early next year, will replace a shuttered Stein Mart in The Marketplace at Pelican Bay shopping center.
Based in Naples, Fl., Sunshine Ace operates 10 other stores with #11 currently under construction in Ave Maria, Fl., set to open in August. It also has a Sunshine Commercial Paint & More in Collier County, two Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware stores in Manatee County, and two Crowder’s Gifts & Gadgets branches in Manatee County.
Other new Sunshine Aces are expected to open next year in Babcock Ranch and in Golden Gate Estates, Fl.
