White Cap L.P. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire three-unit Reno Hardware & Supply, Inc., a distributor of construction supplies serving commercial, multi-family and residential contractors throughout Southern California.
Founded in 1966, Reno Hardware and Supply’s three locations in Riverside, Burbank and Signal Hill, Ca., will become part of the White Cap suite of brands in its Southwest region, upon completion of the deal.
